AI Reporting is now live for all Enterprise partner accounts. This feature transforms your raw challenge data into clear, actionable intelligence — directly inside your branded administration portal. Whether you’re preparing a quarterly wellness report for leadership, evaluating the impact of a recent challenge, or planning what to run next, AI Reporting does the heavy analytical lifting for you.
This is an Enterprise-only feature and is not available through the public +Health Challenges app. It is accessed exclusively through your organization’s dedicated administration portal.
How to Access AI Reporting
Log in to your branded Enterprise Admin Portal and navigate to the Dashboard. From there, select Summary tab to begin generating summaries.
If you do not see the Summary tab in your portal, please contact our concierge team for assistance.
What’s Included
Flexible Date Ranges
Generate reports across the time increments that matter most to your organization. Available options include:
- Daily — snapshot views of a single day’s activity
- Weekly — ideal for in-progress challenge monitoring
- Monthly — standard reporting for HR and wellness program reviews
- Yearly — annual program performance and trend analysis
- Open date ranges — define a custom start and end date for reports that don’t fit standard cycles
Report Types
Overall Challenge Reports A comprehensive summary of an individual challenge from start to finish. Includes participation rates, activity trends, engagement highs and lows, and an AI-generated narrative explaining what happened and why it matters.
Individual Participant Reports Drill down to individual-level data to understand how specific participants engaged with a challenge. Useful for recognizing standout contributors or identifying participants who may benefit from additional encouragement.
Challenge-to-Challenge Comparison Reports Side-by-side analysis of two or more challenges. Understand what worked, what didn’t, and how your program has evolved over time. Great for justifying program investments and shaping future challenge design.
AI-Generated Summaries and Best Practices
Each report includes a narrative summary written by the AI — plain-language explanations of the data that don’t require a background in analytics to understand. Reports also include suggested best practices tailored to your results, giving administrators concrete, actionable recommendations for improving future challenge performance.
Supporting Graphs
Every report includes visual charts and graphs designed for use beyond the portal. Download and drop them directly into internal presentations, board decks, employee newsletters, or wellness program promotions.
Usage and Limits
Each Enterprise account includes 10 AI-generated reports per month at no additional charge. Reports are generated on demand and available immediately after processing.

Privacy and Data Handling
AI Reporting operates within your organization’s dedicated portal environment. All data used to generate reports belongs to your account and is processed in accordance with Healthtek’s privacy and data security standards. No participant data is shared across organizations.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who can generate AI Reports? Any administrator with access to your organization’s Enterprise Admin Portal can generate and view AI Reports.
How long does it take to generate a report? Most reports are ready within seconds. Complex date range or comparison reports may take slightly longer depending on data volume.
Can I download or share reports? Yes. Reports and their supporting graphs can be downloaded for use in external presentations, internal communications, and promotional materials.
What if I run out of my monthly report allowance? Your 10 complimentary reports reset at the beginning of each calendar month. If you need additional reports before the reset, contact your account representative.
I don’t see the AI Reporting feature in my portal. What should I do? Make sure you are logged into your branded Enterprise Admin Portal — AI Reporting is not available in the standard participant-facing app. If you’re in the right place and still don’t see it, contact our support team and we’ll get you set up.
