Q: What does the implementation process look like, including a pilot phase?
Getting started is fast. Piloting a challenge takes about one week — that’s the time we need to create your client account and handle the initial challenge setup.
Once your account exists, challenges can be scheduled anytime. That flexibility is the key to a smooth pilot: we can take a challenge live inside the app well before it officially begins, so participants can find it and join right up to launch day.
Here’s how a typical first challenge unfolds:
- Week 1 — Account creation & setup. We create your client account and build your first challenge.
- Live in the app (within week 1). We take that first challenge live so it’s visible and joinable, even though it hasn’t started yet.
- Launch, 2–4 weeks later. We schedule the official start for two to four weeks out. This runway gives your representatives time to spread the word about the app and the challenge, get people signed up, and prepare for launch day.
- Launch day. A notification goes out to every challenge participant letting them know the challenge has begun — with a reminder to check in regularly for leaderboard updates.
The result is a launch where your community is already onboarded and ready to move on day one, rather than scrambling to join after the fact.
